SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
We ship items out as soon as possible, but this will not always be the same day as your order. In general, please add 3-5 business days to allow for processing time. If we anticipate a longer lead time, it will be noted in the item description. If you have any questions about the lead time on a specific item, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your questions. All shipping, billing and pricing errors must be reported within 7 days of receipt of shipment.
Any additional carrier charges added after shipping will be passed along to the customer (i.e., residential delivery fees, signature required fees and extended delivery charges).
If your order does not qualify for prepaid freight, freight and insurance costs are calculated and added to invoice total.
All freight charges are subject to carrier's billable weight.
Shipping fees are non-refundable. Customer is responsible for all freight charges for unaccepted or refused delivery of shipments.
Refused shipments may incur up to a 20% restock fee, plus shipping cost.
Freight carriers charge RV Parts Nation additional fees for each package that is requested to be intercepted, returned or rerouted. These fees will be passed on to the customer only if the customer has requested the interception, return or the re-rerouting of a package(s).
Hazardous material items cannot be shipped any method other than freight. Hazardous material items cannot be shipped to Alaska, Hawaii, or Puerto Rico, regardless of ship via description.
You should receive an email confirming your order shortly after you’ve placed it. If you don’t receive that email, please check your spam folder and see if you can locate it. This is especially important because, if you haven’t received the order confirmation email, you also won’t receive the email with your shipment notification and tracking information. If you are offered insurance, but do not accept it, we cannot be held responsible for damaged, lost, or stolen packages.
We do ship internationally.
There are a few things to be aware of, however: you, the buyer, are responsible for any VAT, tariff, duty, taxes, handling fees, customs clearance charges, etc. required by your country for importing consumer goods. We do not collect this beforehand, and can’t give you an estimate of the cost, because it varies widely around the world. Please do your research so you’re ready to get your package cleared through customs, and have an idea of what the additional cost will be.
All items with a value of more than $100 are shipped signature required if possible; please plan accordingly. We will be happy to remove the signature requirement on request; please contact us as soon as possible at email@example.com and be sure to include your order number. Please note that, in this case, you will be accepting responsibility if anything were to happen to the package.
