The 600 Series Radius Corner baggage door can be customized to your specifications. There are different options available to suit varying needs of customers. It is very important to know your options so you can be very specific with your preferences.

The width of the baggage door can range from 14.5” to 71.5”. The height can be as short as 14.5” or as tall as 46.5” depending on what you want.

The hinge can be placed at the bottom, top, left hand, or right hand area of the baggage door. While the hinge can be located in any of these positions, it is still important that you weigh the advantages and disadvantages of each position so you will be able to come up with the right decision.

The 600 Series Radius Corner baggage door can be done with or without wire mesh. Usually, it is done without wire mesh but if you prefer it done with a wire mesh, you can request for it but you will normally be charged an additional fee.

As for the exterior of the baggage door, you have the option to either go for a fiberglass or gel coat finish. The fiberglass is the more common option. Gel coat is also a good option although it will normally attract an add-on cost. You can also choose the exterior color of the door. Frame color is another option that you have to decide on. To keep things secure, your options for lock are keyed lock or thumb latch. For better security, you can have both the keyed lock and the thumb latch or have a double keyed lock and thumb latch. You can combine different lock options to keep your mind at ease with the door security.

Important  enter rough opening in width and height, do not measure to the outer lip cover. A door will be built to fill that measurement

Construction starts with a full 3/4 inch laminated core, strengthened by a heavy C-channel interior trim. Outer frame is stronger than similar baggage doors.

Interior skin utilizes a durable .060” polypropylene plastic. Hinge choices include full piano hinge or strong solid extruded hinge.

Door is strong enough to be manufactured up to 75”x46 ¾” for use as the utility door on the rear, with struts. This larger size has been widely accepted to improve space utilization on the rear wall.
